Return Window & Product Condition
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- The Bag must be in the condition it was shipped. We sell fairly used and refurbished luxury bags, the bag must be in the condition is was shipped to you and should not have been used.
Supported Countries
We only ship to the United States of America and as such, we only accept returns and refunds for customers in the United States. If your bag has been taken out of the United states within the return window (10 days), it does not qualify for a return or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns for defective and non-defective bags. If your bag is defective upon delivery, contact our sales team immediately.
- We also accept exchanges in case you wish to switch the bag you bought. If you are not comfortable with the bag you received and wish to change it within the return windows, you can contact us for exchange.
- We have a fixed return window and do not extend it regardless of the time of the year.
Return & Refunds Method and Fees
- All bags should be return to us in-store or by mail. Once your bag is approved for a return, you will be in charge of the cost of mailing the bag to us.
- Return Labels are included in the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We do not have a restocking fee. Returns are free.
- If you qualify for a refund, processing times for the refund may take up to 30 days. You will receive a refund through your preferred method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account balance again.
- Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
